I am a registered psychologist who specializes in the cognitive behavioural treatment of anxiety disorders and depression.
Education
Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. My dissertation involved creating a measure of childhood perfectionism and investigating the relationship of perfectionism to other psychological problems in children.
M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. My Master’s Thesis further developed a scale used in the forensic assessment of personal injuries.
Certification
Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy by the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CACBT).
Current clinical practice
Vancouver Private Practice: I provide individual therapy and assessment services to adults, adolescents and children.
Residences for Independent Living Society (False Creek): I provide supportive counselling to adults with disabilities in an assisted living environment, encouraging and promoting wellness and an independent lifestyle.
